What is MISTIC?

Mistic, short for Modular Interface System for TIny Computers, is a framework that lets the user easily define an interface for touchscreen applications using a Configuration file, various Elements, and DirectFB (with DFB++) as a backend.

Mistic can be used in a wide variety of applications, from Car PCs to kitchen computers to simple devices like clocks or data log viewers.

Currently Mistic is in ‘extreme’ alpha. There is code in CVS which probably doesn’t work yet, but stay tuned.
